Inge's career combines 12 years in corporate consulting and communications within the technology sector with another 12 years co-leading teams at Herculean Alliance, a Duval Union member firm active across EMEA.

Inge has led and inspired multicultural teams in more than 10 countries, authored 2 books on employee engagement and delivered keynotes on AI driven change, leadership and the future of work at global forums from Dubai to Brussels.
