Inge Van Belle.

Inge is French-Belgian, lives in Dubai and is the co-founder of Herculean Alliance, the Belgium and UAE based organisation that specializes in employee engagement.

She’s passionate about solving the challenges of disconnected employees in a hybrid working environment. Her belief is that Employee Engagement is a wicked problem that cannot be solved with happiness or well-being programmes. It's a craft. Only a community approach can bring new solutions to the table. That's why she wrote "Employee engagement, what else?"

Inge has been active in 10 countries advising organisations to tackle the challenge of disengaged employees. Her team’s approach is based on advisory, private and public events(like Hercules Trophy) and HR tech. She developed a free employee engagement test as research for her book. The test and the dashboards can be white-labeled for your organisation.

During the pandemic, Inge started the Employee Engagement Awards initiative, which is rebranded to the Bravos in the UAE. It became the most viewed business TV format in Belgium. Together with partners like Nespresso, Microsoft, Telenet, Ordina, and ISS, they encourage small and big companies to submit their extraordinary stories of employees going the extra mile during these challenging times. She’s also one of the driving forces behind the annual Fifth Conference, wired for Growth.

As the founder of Pink Ladies Games and Herculix Foundation, she strongly advocates social entrepreneurship. In addition, she actively supports and promotes the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals, more specifically SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being) and SDG 5 (Gender Equality).
